Your Role

Your work as a Senior Strategist will involve deriving insights from close client collaboration, immersing yourself in the daily operations and processes of our clients, and ultimately to drive measurable change within their businesses through research-driven strategies. You'll partner closely with other members of the Charter Dynamics team to create compelling narratives that help our customers solve problems more effectively and efficiently.

Overall, you'll be responsible for delivering actionable insights and recommendations based on rigorous quantitative and qualitative research. You will deliver high-impact communications that rely on storytelling and the art of persuasion to move clients toward action. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with big thinking; creating a vision from scratch, and formulating strategy but also executing it through creative production. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong project management abilities.

Qualifications
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about one or more of our core business domains
  • Creativity
  • Flexibility
  • 2+ years of experience in a top-tier innovation or business strategy consultancy or 5+ years on an in-house on strategy team
  • Advanced degree (e.g., Ph.D., MSc, MBA, etc) or 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in quantitative or qualitative research methods.
