DR. JULIAN BRINKLEY, PMP
PRESIDENT AND CHIEF STRATEGIST
Dr. Julian Brinkley, PMP has explored the accessibility of user-facing systems for over a decade as part of his nearly twenty-year career in technology. His interdisciplinary research is primarily focused on the intersection between human factors, automotive engineering, and computer science; work that has been supported by grants from the Center for Connected and Automated Transportation, Google, the US Army, the US Department of Transportation, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, and the National Science Foundation.
Dr. Brinkley completed a Ph.D. in Human-Centered Computing at the University of Florida, holds an M.Sc. from East Carolina University in Software Engineering, and a B.A. from the University of North Carolina Greensboro. Dr. Brinkley also holds graduate and professional certificates from some of the nation's leading universities to include certificates in Inclusive Design and Accessibility from the University of Michigan and Cultural Competence in Computing from Duke University.
Dr. Brinkley has also served as a featured expert, invited speaker, and panelist at Carnegie Mellon University, Tufts University, and the ICT Accessibility Symposium among many others.
